About the Program
So many legislative proposals, so little clarity. What’s an estate planner to do? Tom Pauloski, Bernstein’s National Managing Director of Wealth Strategies, will lead a discussion of adaptable strategies—like spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs)--that are highly effective under current law, but can be unwound or modified as tax laws change.
