About the Program
This program will focus on client experience (CX), how it can be a strategic differentiator, and how it differs from client service. We will discuss the key reasons every professional services provider should invest in CX and explore concrete ways, both big and small, to get started in building a deliberate client experience program at their firm.
About the Speaker
Alyson Fieldman is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years in professional services marketing. At Rockit Results, she works as an independent consultant who partners with growth-minded professional services firms to achieve their strategic, marketing, business development, and client experience goals. As a former CMO at a top-15 accounting firm and also as a partner at a digital agency, Alyson has worked with some of the world’s largest and most reputable law firms, accounting firms, and consulting businesses – including Reed Smith, Skadden, Jones Day, Minter Ellison, CLA, Marcum, Aprio, and Navigant.

IN PERSON: All attendees are encouraged to register in advance and walk-in reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only. The meeting cost is $35 for members when paid in advance before noon 01/08/24, $50 for members at the door, $50 for guests, and $210 for a table of six (can be mix of members and non-members - please submit names to admin@epccleveland.org by 01/05/24). If you reserve and are unable to attend, please call the office to cancel by noon 01/08/24 to avoid a no-show reservation billing.
