About the Program
Many estate planners read documents prepared by others and assume they know what they say with just a gloss.  But there are often hidden gems in documents and when reading others’ documents, you need to understand how they are built and don’t naturally assume they need to be changed.  This presentation will identify what items you should look for, what may be surprising embedded in the documents of others, different options to accomplish the same planning and how to build the perfect document.
