Elizabeth Monihan has been a Director and Shareholder of Spieth, Bell, McCurdy & Newell since 1998, and has practiced with the firm since 1995.  Lisa’s practice is focused on wealth transfer planning for individuals and fiduciaries, including income, gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, trust and estate administration, multi-generational family issues, retirement planning, succession planning for closely-held businesses and charitable planning.  She establishes personal, long term relationships with her clients, and guides them through the legal, tax, financial and family issues in their unique situations with empathy and compassion.  Lisa is a frequent speaker to professional and community groups on estate planning and related topics.  Lisa is a Past President of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland (1994-1995) and the 2013 recipient of its Distinguished Estate Planner Award.\n \nEmily Shacklett, CPA, AEP®, Program Chair\n \nReservation Policy – All attendees are encouraged to register in advance and walk-in reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only.  Meeting cost is $25 for members when paid in advance before noon 11/11/13.   Meeting cost is $35 for members at the door and $35 for guests.  If you reserve and are unable to attend, please call the office to cancel by noon 11/11/13 to avoid a no-show reservation billing.\n \nPurchase a table at the monthly luncheon… $200 / six guests.
