Participants will learn to swirl, sniff and sip like a pro while acquiring a true understanding of the tasting process. The program will offer an understanding of basic grape varieties that will surely help you when selecting from a menu or a retail shelf! This class includes a one-hour presentation followed by a tutored wine tasting.
