Kadish, Esq. is an attorney and shareholder in the Cleveland law firm of Kadish, Hinkel & Weibel.  His practice covers a wide range of tax-related areas, including choice of entities, estate planning and business succession, exempt organizations, and representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Tax Court.  He has spoken nationally on various tax-related topics, has testified at the invitation of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee on tax relief for small businesses, and serves as the Vice President of Legislation for the Small Business Council of America.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and as an Ohio Super Lawyer.  He formerly served as an attorney-advisor to Judge Herbert L. Chabot of the U.S. Tax Court, and received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his B.A. from Williams College.  Prior to practicing in Cleveland, he practiced in Honolulu, Hawaii, and Washington, D.C.   \nBeth M.
