They include the new partnership audit regime, the Bipartisan Budget Act, and LB&I’s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act campaign.\n \nAbout the Speaker\n Cliff Scherwinski is the Director, Pass Through Entities Practice Area in the Large Business & International (LB&I) Division. In this role, Cliff leads LB&I’s S Corporation and Partnership Specialty technical teams, the Ogden Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act/Bipartisan Budget Act Unit, and the Global High Wealth (GHW) program. Prior to this position, Cliff served as the Director, Field Operations GHW and Pass Through Exam Strategy. He previously served as Deputy Director, Pass Through Entities Practice Area. He also previously served as Director Field Operations for Individual International Compliance in the LB&I Division; and acting Director, Employee Plans, Rulings and Agreement, in the TE/GE Division.\n \nKatherine E.
