About the Program
Mr. Kruczek specializes in the field of Emotional Intelligence, the topic of a course he teaches Notre Dame College. His experience and knowledge of the subject are having a profound effect on not only the school’s business programs but also in developing an entrepreneurial mindset in students of all majors at the liberal arts college. His presentation focuses on how a person’s ability to recognize his or her emotions and those of others can give that person the ability to use this knowledge to manage his or her behavior to improve relationships and outcomes. Emotionally intelligent leadership is proven to positively affect bottom line revenue, productivity, employee retention and performance, as well as broad applications in personal experiences, morale and attitude.
