About the program…
This presentation will discuss potential tax policy changes affecting closely held business owners and individuals given the recent election. In addition, the presentation will address various tax considerations for individuals and trusts given current law.

About the speakers…
Gregg Muresan is a Tax Partner in the Cleveland Private Company Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Gregg has over 15 years of public accounting experience and provides tax, business and legislative advice for privately held businesses and their owners. His specialty areas include corporate, pass-through tax consulting, compliance services, and federal tax policy. Gregg is a graduate of John Carroll University, and holds a Masters of Taxation from the University of Denver. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Chris Essig is a Tax Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and leads the Cleveland Personal Financial Services Practice. Chris has over 25 years of experience consulting with family offices, closely-held business owners and key public company executives regarding issues such as income tax planning, entity structuring, estate and gift transfer planning, trust taxation and charitable giving alternatives. Chris is a graduate of Grove City College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Reservation Policy – All attendees are encouraged to register in advance and walk-in reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only.  Meeting cost is $25 for members when paid in advance before noon 12/08/14, $40 for members at the door, $40 for guests, and $200 for a table of six guests (please submit names to admin@epccleveland.org by 12/05/14).  If you reserve and are unable to attend, please call the office to cancel by noon 12/08/14 to avoid a no-show reservation billing.

Continuing Education – EPC Cleveland will request credit for this program from the CFP® Board of Standards for CFP® designation holders.  In addition, a certificate of completion will be available for those CTFAs, CPAs, and CWS designees who feel the program satisfies their continuing education requirements.
